Newbeings 1619 is a subsidiary of TeckEthix Inc., incorporated in Delaware and recognized by the IRS as tax exempt under section 501(c)(3). Work on the ecosystem is conducted from New York. In these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to TeckEthix Inc. operating the Newbeings 1619 ecosystem.
These Terms cover newbeings1619.us and newbeings1619.net, including public education, community features, Kindred, the directory, verification features, AI tools, rewards and our own store, where offered.

You must be at least 18 to create or use a participating account, join community activities or Kindred, submit or claim a directory listing, or purchase from our store. There is no parental-consent exception for these activities. Public educational material may be read without a participating account. Participation is for adults in the United States, and store sales are limited to the United States.
Review these Terms when a service asks you to accept them. The Privacy Policy explains information practices. Optional marketing permission is separate from accepting these Terms and is not required simply to participate or buy.
Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and tell us if you believe your account has been misused. Do not impersonate another person or use an account to deceive people.
Community standards prohibit threats, harassment, scams, impersonation, exposing another person's private information, spam and other violations of the stated community rules. Respectful criticism or disagreement alone is not a violation.
Depending on the circumstances, moderation may involve a warning, removal of content, limits on features, suspension or account closure. Urgent safety or abuse concerns may require immediate action. Where appropriate, we explain the action and offer review. Reports are handled as confidentially as reasonably possible, but we cannot promise absolute confidentiality or a community free from harmful behavior.
You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant us only the permission reasonably needed to host, process, display and deliver it through the features you choose, consistent with the visibility explained to you. This is not a transfer of ownership or blanket permission for advertising, promotional reuse or AI training. Those additional uses require separate permission.
You must have the rights needed to submit material and respect other people's privacy and intellectual property. When eligible content is deleted, our permission ends except as needed for disclosed backups, legal obligations, dispute records or copies retained in shared conversations where removal is not available. The Privacy Policy explains those limits.
Our branding and original materials remain protected. A purchase or account does not itself transfer ownership of them. Newbeings content and digital downloads are for personal, noncommercial use. You may share links to public content, but may not redistribute download files, resell them or upload them elsewhere without permission. Other uses require permission, except for uses permitted by law, including fair use. Copyright concerns should identify the work, the material at issue, where it appears and how to contact the person reporting it.
The Privacy Policy explains current information practices and available request routes. Visibility varies by feature. Public educational pages, business listings and public verification features are different from personal profiles, groups, messages and Kindred records. Check the audience of information before sharing and do not assume every profile or community activity is members-only. Necessary authorized administration and service processing may involve access even when information is not public.
Kindred is optional and for adults. Community membership does not automatically enroll you. Suggestions do not guarantee compatibility, identity, trustworthiness or safety. Use your judgment when interacting with anyone.
Leaving the matching pool stops participation in that pool, but does not automatically erase saved questionnaire answers. Contact admin@newbeings1619.us if you want information about withdrawal or wish to request deletion. We will review the request and explain any information retained for a specific unresolved complaint, dispute or legal obligation.
The directory helps people discover businesses. We do not conduct sales for listed businesses, process their customer purchases or act as a marketplace for those transactions. Purchases take place directly with the business outside our platform. Its terms, prices, fulfillment, refunds and privacy practices govern that transaction.
Only an authorized person may submit or claim a listing. Keep information accurate and avoid misleading descriptions, impersonation or unauthorized use of another person's work. Business information submitted for a listing may be publicly displayed. Do not include unnecessary personal information in a public business listing. Corrections, impersonation concerns, misleading claims and review disputes are subject to review.
A listing, Decorum designation or other platform indicator does not guarantee a business's quality, safety, performance or future conduct. Clearly labeled sample listings are examples, not operating businesses or offers to accept purchases or reservations. If paid placement or listing fees are offered, their price and effect on placement will be disclosed before purchase.
QR features provide public membership verification information. A verification indicator is not a guarantee of identity, future conduct or safety. Consider what a public verification page reveals before sharing its link or code. Contact admin@newbeings1619.us with a concern about verification information.
AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate for your circumstances. Check important information rather than treating a response as verified fact or professional judgment. Avoid submitting sensitive information that is not needed for the interaction.
Participation is not permission to train AI on private conversations or member content. Any separate training use requires a clear explanation and explicit permission. Processing information to generate a response is different from model training.
Our store sells our own offerings, not products on behalf of directory businesses. Purchases are one-time payments, not subscriptions or automatic renewals. Product descriptions distinguish physical and digital offerings, explain what is included and state applicable digital-use rights.
Prices, currency, taxes, shipping and other required charges are shown before payment. Physical product prices and applicable shipping charges are shown separately at checkout. If checkout expressly offers free shipping for an order, that order has no shipping charge. Digital downloads do not require shipping. Guest checkout is available where presented. Payment is handled through the options actually offered at checkout.
Optional donations are separate from purchases. Tax-exempt status does not make every payment tax deductible. Any acknowledgment should accurately distinguish a donation from goods or benefits received.
Our store limits sales to the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, subject to product delivery availability, with applicable shipping charges shown separately from the product price at checkout. US territories and APO/FPO addresses are excluded for now. Production and transit time may differ. Applicable destinations, charges and delivery estimates are disclosed before purchase.
Newbeings remains the customer-facing contact for its own store, including delayed, missing, incorrect or damaged orders.
For made-to-order physical products, returns or exchanges are not offered for buyer’s remorse or customer-selected wrong sizes or colors, except where required by law. Eligible claims for damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect items can receive a free replacement or refund. Clear photographs are required; a physical return is generally unnecessary. Contact Newbeings 1619 about your order. If you supplied an incorrect address, additional reshipping costs apply.
For damaged, defective or incorrect items, contact admin@newbeings1619.us promptly, preferably within 21 days after receipt. For a missing order, contact us promptly, preferably within 21 days after its estimated delivery date. Include the order number, a description of the problem and relevant photographs where appropriate. These preferred reporting periods do not automatically bar a later claim or limit rights provided by law.
All digital-download sales are final. No refunds are offered except where required by law. Access or file problems can still receive technical assistance or a corrected download.
These Terms do not remove rights that applicable law does not allow us to waive.
Blaque Joules are ecosystem reward points. They are not cryptocurrency, an investment or a promise of cash value.
We plan to allow eligible points to reduce the price of certain digital downloads in the future. That feature is not currently available or guaranteed. Before it begins, we will explain eligible downloads, conversion rates, discount limits, any expiration rules and change notices. No launch date or conversion rate is promised here.
Necessary account, security, service and order messages are different from optional marketing. Any future optional marketing requires a separate choice and a working unsubscribe. Providing a phone number by itself is not consent to marketing texts, automated calls or recording. Notification options reflect the features available.
Account deactivation, Kindred withdrawal and deletion are different actions. The Privacy Policy explains current retention practices, requests and limited reasons records may remain. Closing an account does not erase an unresolved purchase, dispute or legal obligation, or automatically cancel rights already purchased.
Contact admin@newbeings1619.us about a complaint. Contacting us first is not a condition of exercising rights provided by applicable law. We do not impose automatic fixed penalties or page-view charges.
Information and community interactions may contain errors, and services may be interrupted. These limitations do not exclude responsibilities or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver, an exclusive court venue or a liability cap. Applicable law and rights that cannot lawfully be waived remain controlling.
Policy versions and effective dates identify the Terms in use. Material changes will be identified in a notice on the site, with account email used when necessary. Where a new agreement or separate permission is required, it must be obtained rather than inferred from unrelated participation.

This shared policy covers newbeings1619.us and newbeings1619.net and the ecosystem services described below. The Terms of Service describe participation and use of the services. It does not imply that the sites' accounts or databases are merged.

Information is used for the service requested, necessary administration and security, resolving problems and applicable obligations. Required fields are identified in the relevant forms. Optional fields may be left blank.
Public educational pages and published business listings are publicly available. Profile, group, post and media visibility can vary by feature and setting; do not assume all community information is members-only. Check the audience before posting and avoid including unnecessary private information in public fields.
Messages and Kindred records are used for their respective community and matching functions. Necessary authorized administration and service processing may involve access to information that is not public. QR membership verification is a public feature, separate from personal-profile privacy controls.
Information made public can be copied or indexed independently. Removing information from our service cannot guarantee removal of copies held by others. Contact admin@newbeings1619.us if you have a visibility or access concern.
Necessary information may be processed by providers delivering the relevant service. These include payment processing, third-party fulfillment, hosting, email delivery and AI services. For physical orders, a third-party fulfillment provider receives the order and shipping information needed to produce and deliver the purchase.
Depending on the AI feature used, requests may be processed by Anthropic, OpenAI or ElevenLabs. Different features may use different providers; this does not mean every request is sent to all three. The applicable provider and configuration affect processing and storage.
Necessary disclosure may also address a specific security incident, fraud, dispute, lawful requirement or protection of rights, subject to applicable law. This does not permit unrelated disclosure or indefinite retention.
The .us directory displays the .net directory. That alone does not establish unified accounts or every cross-domain information flow.
Cookies and similar technologies support site features and may also be used by embedded or email services. On newbeings1619.net, MailPoet email tools collect email-open and link-click information, use browser cookies for engagement tracking, and collect timezone information. These tracking functions currently apply without a separate tracking-choice prompt for each recipient.
Necessary service-provider processing is different from a sale or targeted-advertising disclosure. Contact admin@newbeings1619.us about email or privacy concerns.
AI-generated content can be wrong. Prompts and audio may be processed by the providers serving the selected feature.
We do not use private conversations or member content for AI training without separate explicit permission. We do not rely on a blanket content license for training or promotional reuse. Generating a response is different from training a model.
Clearing visible history or reloading a page may not delete backend or provider copies. Provider processing can involve additional storage and access; we do not promise absolute confidentiality or that clearing visible history erases provider-held copies. Avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information.
Kindred is optional and for adults. Community signup is not automatic enrollment. Questionnaire answers and derived matching information are used for the matching service.
Leaving the matching pool does not automatically erase saved answers. Contact admin@newbeings1619.us to request deletion or help with participation. We will review the request and explain what can be removed and whether a specific complaint, unresolved dispute or legal requirement justifies retaining limited records. A withdrawal request and a request to delete all ecosystem account information are different actions.
Account, security, service and order messages support the service you use. MailPoet Sending Service delivers WordPress email for newbeings1619.net.
Providing a phone number is not by itself consent to marketing texts, automated calls or recording. Any future optional marketing requires separate consent and a working way to unsubscribe. Questions about necessary notifications or email information can be sent to admin@newbeings1619.us.
Retention differs by service. A single automatic deletion schedule is not currently in operation across the ecosystem. Store retention fields do not currently impose automatic expiry, and leaving the Kindred pool does not automatically delete questionnaire answers. Some information therefore remains until it is reviewed and removed through an available process. You may request review of information you no longer want retained.
We retain necessary order and refund records for tax, accounting, fulfillment and dispute purposes. A financial-record requirement does not justify keeping unrelated matching answers, AI conversations or profile information. Necessary corporate and exemption records may have different requirements from purchase records.
AI page history may disappear when cleared or reloaded without erasing backend or provider-held copies. Provider-held audio and conversation records follow the applicable provider arrangements rather than a single ecosystem-wide deletion period. Backup copies and security records may remain beyond the removal of information from an active page or account.
You may request review and deletion of eligible information at admin@newbeings1619.us. We use reasonable identity checks and explain the result, limitations and any specific records that must remain. Backup copies or copies retained in shared conversations may not disappear at the same time as an active-system record. If information is retained for an unresolved transaction, complaint, fraud investigation, dispute or legal requirement, we limit that retention to the relevant purpose.
Use admin@newbeings1619.us for privacy questions, correction, export, deactivation or deletion requests. The existing admin@newbeings1619.net privacy route remains available. Identify the service and request without sending passwords or unnecessary sensitive documents.
Reasonable identity checks help avoid disclosing or deleting someone else's information; an identity document is not routinely required for every request. Deactivation, Kindred withdrawal and account deletion are different actions. We will explain what was completed, what could not be completed and the reason for retained records. Requests remain subject to applicable legal rights and deadlines; this process does not replace those rights.
No internet service can promise absolute security or confidentiality. Necessary administration and service-provider processing may involve access to restricted information for support, operation, investigation or legal requirements.
Report security concerns to admin@newbeings1619.us without including passwords or exploit-sensitive details in public posts. Suspected incidents are reviewed and applicable legal notification requirements remain in effect.
Participation in community accounts, Kindred, directory submissions and store purchases is for adults 18 and older in the United States. Public educational material may be viewed without an account. There is no parental-permission exception for participation. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted participating-account information so we can review it appropriately.
Directory businesses handle their own off-platform transactions and information practices. We do not process their customers' purchases. Review a business's own policies before submitting information directly to it.
